The versatile Elite, combining gold-standard 755-nm alexandrite and 1064-nm Nd:YAG lasers, removes unwanted hair in all skin types, including sun-tanned patients, with unsurpassed safety, efficacy and client comfort. This laser also treats broken thread veins and epidermal pigmented lesions, such as age spots, sun spots and freckles.

Our award-winning Affirm Anti-Aging fractional laser technology treats all the signs of ageing, such as redness, brown pigmentation, wrinkles and skin laxity, as well as improving overall skin texture. The Affirm also treats surgical and acne scars.

The revolutionary Cynergy Vascular Workstation treats all types of vascular lesions more effectively, including: port wine stains, facial and leg veins, spider nevi, rosacea, red scars, recalcitrant warts, acne and plaque psoriasis (knee, elbow).

Cynosure’s Affinity QS is a high-powered, Q-switched neodymium YAG laser that’s ideal for treating amateur or professional multi-coloured tattoos (black, blue and red). The Affinity QS also treats dermal pigmented lesions such as Nevus of Ota or Nevus of Ito and epidermal pigmented lesions such as café-au-lait, age spots, sun spots and freckles. A complimentary laser to the Affinity QS is the Accolade, a high powered Q-switched alexandrite laser for treating black, blue and green tattoos as well as pigmented lesions.

To complement the current portfolio, we are introducing the Smartlipo MPX by Cynosure, the next generation of our award-winning family of workstations for laser lipolysis.  This FDA-cleared dual-wavelength laser system is designed to efficiently liquefy fat and tighten skin through collagen re-modelling.

• Multiplexed 1064 and 1320 nm wavelengths – ensuring faster, safer and more efficient laser lipolysis.

• 1320 wavelength – for enhancing even further the skin tightening aspect of laser liposuction.

• High-powered laser – in MultiPlex mode up to 20 watts at 1064 nm and up to 12 watts at 1320 nm, ensuring higher combined powers for even faster treatment times.

• SmartSense handpiece – for enhanced safety and uniformity of energy delivered. SmartSense regulates the laser power depending on the speed that the handpiece is moved. If the handpiece is stopped, the power shuts off automatically.
